Information- Canadian Customer CC Issues
Get this information from the customer:
1) Name 2) CC Number 3) Exp Date
4) CVV2# (3 digit # from back of card)
5) Billing Address 6) Amount to be
processed.
Once you have the info above issue them bulk dollars for the
amount they want to spend. Forward Tom the cc info and I'll process the cc
transaction (note we can run it with just the card number and exp date).
We can use the "fool me once shame on you" guideline - meaning if the card
doesn't process we won't do it again for them.
Notes from Tom: Some foreign cardholders are able to process, but not all of
them. My impression about adding the foreign AVS to shopping cart was
there wasn't enough of these issues to warrant the amount of time to have Tech
do the upgrade. So RJ just had me run them manually and then give the bulk
dollars.
